I’m a licensed esthetician who loves helping people feel smooth and confident. I specialize in brow services and take pride in creating clean, flattering shapes that enhance your natural features. I’m trained in advanced waxing techniques, so I work efficiently while still keeping things as comfortable as possible. I use high quality waxes that help reduce irritation and give clean results. I really try to keep things relaxed and judgment free so you can feel comfortable the whole time. I’m big on cleanliness too. I use single use applicators and keep everything sanitized. Every service is a little different depending on your skin and hair, so I always adjust things to what works best for you. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been getting your brows done for years, I’ve got you. I’ll walk you through what to expect, give you aftercare tips, and make sure you leave feeling good. CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING LATE ARRIVALS All appointments include a 10-minute grace period. If you know you’ll be running late, please text me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate you; however, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require your appointment to be shortened or canceled to avoid affecting other clients. NO SHOW & LATE CANCELLATION POLICY A fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged for: - No-show appointments - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice - Arrivals more than 10 minutes late that cannot be accommodated CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING To keep your deposit, appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment and do not wish to reschedule, your deposit is non-refundable. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to another person or future appointment if you cancel outside of the cancellation policy. PAYMENT Cash, Zelle, and the card on file are accepted. Any remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. PROFESSIONALISM POLICY Your comfort and mine are my top priorities. All appointments are expected to remain respectful and professional at all times. Any inappropriate comments, gestures, language, or behavior will result in the immediate termination of the service. The appointment will be charged in full, and future bookings may be refused. HEALTH & SAFETY The health and safety of all clients is a top priority. If you are feeling sick, have a fever, flu-like symptoms, a contagious illness, or have tested positive for COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment. Clients who arrive visibly ill or exhibiting symptoms of a contagious illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment. For your safety, please notify me before booking if you are using Accutane, prescription retinoids, have a recent sunburn, open wounds, or any skin condition that may make waxing unsafe.
